Chef Brian West
With over 21 years in the business, Chef Brian West has earned accolades and recognitions that few can boast. He is a graduate of the Art Institute in Houston, and has worked at some of San Antonio’s most well-known fine dining establishments. He also opened and operated his own restaurant. He has been a Chef Instructor at the Culinary Institute of the Americas. Chef West has also served as the Operational Chef of the Food Network’s “Restaurant Impossible” featuring Robert Irving.
