Sangria on the Burg

After 20 years in the restaurant business and having earned a business degree from UTSA, I opened Sangria on the Burg in September 2016. I worked in every position at Tony Roma's through college; opened Acenar in downtown San Antonio; worked as GM for Cappy Lawton at Cappy's and La Fonda on Main. My experience in different cuisines has led Sangria on the Burg to be recognized as an award-winning San Antonio restaurant.
