The moment a whiskey is emptied from a cask, distilleries have a list of questions they ask themselves: Should we batch this cask with others? Blend a few of them together? Offer it up as a Single Barrel? Proof it down? And to what percentage? And if it doesn't taste good, then what? Is it too young? Too old? How do I know? In this seminar, we'll offer up whiskies at different ages and styles so that you can get some hands-on experience playing with your whiskies just like the Master Blenders do.
