Improve mobility, flexibility, and strength as you calm your nervous system and enhance your breath quality and capacity through elements of functional movement and self-myofascial release. Designed specifically for bartenders, by a bartender, no prior workout experience is necessary and non-bartenders are welcome You need only wear loose-fitting, stretchy, or comfortable clothing. . Mats and rolling implements will be provided, and there will be an optional 3 mile run post-class for those interested.
